So - Operating Theater

I'm pulling out the pieces that got buried way too deep.
I'm operating conscious, because the surgeon never sleeps.
The monitors are screaming, but I don't look away.
I know the architecture of everything that's frayed.
My hands are shaking slightly,
But they know the path by heart.
I'm closing every opening, I'm sealing every part.
